We are recruiting a committed SEN TA to join a vibrant primary school in Newham. This SEN TA role begins January 2026, with full induction and handover provided before January 2026.

The SEN TA will work alongside class teachers to provide additional support, deliver small-group interventions and promote independence. As a SEN TA, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning and develop confidence. The SEN TA will also assist with communication programmes and sensory regulation strategies across Newham.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver targeted one-to-one support
- Support pupils in class to access learning tasks
- Assist with emotional regulation strategies
- Monitor and record pupil progress
- Work with families and staff in Newham
Requirements
- Previous experience as a SEN TA or in a similar role
- Patient, supportive and adaptable approach
- Available to start January 2026
