Corporate Associate – 3-6 PQE

The Corporate team is known for its collaborative approach and market-leading expertise in private capital , advising investors (including VC and PE firms), entrepreneurs, family offices, and international businesses across sectors such as financial services, technology, publishing, education, and media .

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs)
- Act as lead fee earner on transactions, managing junior lawyers and liaising with partners
- Work closely with employment and tax teams on structuring deals
- Engage in business development within key sectors
Ideal Candidate
- 3-6 years PQE (private company M&A experience essential)
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Confident managing transactions and leading small teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Interest in business development and sector-focused growth
