Central London
We're partnering with a growing premium, multi-brand footwear and lifestyle retailer to appoint a Store Manager for a key Central London location.
This is a high-profile, commercially significant store with annual turnover of £1m+ , a team of around 10 , and ambitious plans for continued growth.
We're looking for an experienced retail leader who can take full ownership of the store - driving commercial performance, developing the team and delivering a genuinely premium customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Full store performance and £1m+ turnover
- Leading, coaching and developing the store team
- Driving sales, conversion and key retail KPIs
- Creating an elevated, product-led customer experience
- Maintaining exceptional operational and visual standards
- Supporting product launches, brand activations and in-store events
- Building a strong culture around product knowledge and service
- Working closely with senior leadership on continued store growth
About you
We're particularly interested in Store Managers from premium footwear, fashion, lifestyle, sportswear or sneaker retail , ideally with experience in a multi-brand environment .
You'll be commercially strong, comfortable managing a significant turnover and passionate about footwear, sneakers and the wider lifestyle market .
Experience within performance or technical footwear would be a real advantage.
