eBilling Assistant

- We're looking for candidates to take ownership of the firm wide eBilling operations. In this role you will oversee the end-to-end eBilling process, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a range of client platforms including Serengeti, CounselLink, Tymetrix, and BillBlast.
- You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with client SLAs, managing billing deadlines, and mitigating financial risk.
- You will also take the lead in configuring and rolling out the firm's eBilling hub for major clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and full system alignment with client requirements.
