EA to CEO - Tech Industrial Firm - London Office Opening
Our client is seeking an exceptional, highly capable EA to support the CEO in launching a new London office for a global, tech-driven industrial firm. This is a high-trust, role where you’ll act as both a strategic partner and operational linchpin, playing a key part in building a high-performing, entrepreneurial office from the ground up. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take ownership of establishing effective systems and processes, while coordinating seamlessly across HR, finance, and senior leadership teams.
You’ll be someone who naturally anticipates needs, stays one step ahead, and thrives on solving problems with pace and precision. From managing a complex and ever-changing diary to handling operational detail and acting as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure the CEO is consistently set up for success. Alongside core EA responsibilities, you’ll play an important role in shaping the office environment itself, creating a smooth, efficient, and high-performing workplace as the London team grows. This will suit someone who enjoys building, improving, and bringing structure to a dynamic setting.
Part of a Spanish-owned global organisation, the London office will operate as a boutique, specialist arm of the wider business. It offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where professionalism is balanced with practicality, adaptability, and a good sense of humour.
This is a five-day, office-based position, with some flexibility evolving over time. Due to the CEO’s international commitments, occasional out-of-hours support will be required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is committed, responsive, and excited to be part of something new.
