Full-time Nanny-Housekeeper in Drayton Gardens, London, Job ID J216AD

This lovely family based in SW10 is looking for a Full-time Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their toddler and maintain their household. All general Nanny-Housekeeping duties are required in this role. Cooking for the family when the baby is asleep - basic meals such as salad, boiled veggies, rice with a piece of fish/chicken, etc. Parents travel 1 week per month. The candidate is required to come once or twice that week for cleaning. The remaining hours would be made up the following week, either through evening babysitting or by extending work by an additional hour (so working 8 hours instead of 7 when the family are not travelling). Montessori/Nursery background is a big bonus. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am/9:00 am to 3:30 pm/4:00 pm. Occasional weekends.

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants.
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing
• Make up beds and change linens
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment
