Key Responsibilities
Manage the main school reception desk, greeting visitors, parents, and contractors with a professional and welcoming manner
Oversee visitor sign-in procedures, issue security badges, and maintain strict safeguarding protocols
Answer incoming telephone calls, handle general inquiries, and direct messages efficiently to relevant staff members
Maintain pupil records, attendance updates, and general databases using school management software
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, and whole-school communication distributions
Support the senior leadership and teaching staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, document preparation, and filing
Manage the pupil medical room logging, first aid administration, and parent contact when required
Support the smooth day-to-day administrative running of the busy school office
