About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Senior Administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of the school’s administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, collaborative, and supportive team .
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions across the school
- Support senior leaders with scheduling, correspondence, and reports
- Manage data, records, and communications efficiently and confidentially
- Liaise with staff, parents, and external partners professionally
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a school administration or office management role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, MIS systems desirable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy environment
- A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
