This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people reach their full academic and personal potential.
About the Role:
A full-time, permanent role supporting KS3–KS4 in the classroom. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, behaviour and engagement, deliver small-group interventions, provide one-to-one assistance where needed and help create an inclusive learning environment.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Works well with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams
• Shows patience, enthusiasm and commitment
• Has experience working with young people (advantageous)
