Are you a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a supportive and high-performing secondary school? A well-established school in Birmingham is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion and support team from January 2026 . This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people reach their full academic and personal potential.
About the Role:
A full-time, permanent role supporting KS3–KS4 in the classroom. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, behaviour and engagement, deliver small-group interventions, provide one-to-one assistance where needed and help create an inclusive learning environment.

The school is known for excellent behaviour, strong pastoral systems and a welcoming staff culture. Teaching Assistants benefit from ongoing CPD, strong SEND team support and opportunities to progress within the school.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is reliable, organised and proactive
• Works well with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams
• Shows patience, enthusiasm and commitment
• Has experience working with young people (advantageous)
