Exams Officer - Redbridge
A high-performing secondary academy in Redbridge is seeking a meticulous and experienced Exams Officer to join their Operations Team ASAP . This is a full-time, permanent position within a structured and well-supported multi-academy trust.

The Role
The Exams Officer will take full responsibility for the coordination and administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing all examination entries and amendments
• Coordinating exam timetables, seating plans and room allocations
• Recruiting, training and deploying invigilators
• Liaising with awarding bodies and maintaining secure exam materials
• Overseeing results days and post-results services
• Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and safeguarding procedures
You will work closely with senior leaders and the data team to ensure examination processes are accurate, efficient and compliant.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience as an Exams Officer
• Strong knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam board systems
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
• Professional and discreet approach
