KS1 Teacher | High-Achieving Primary School in Harrow
A vibrant and supportive primary school in Harrow is seeking to appoint a Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher to support pupils as they transition from the Early Years and continue their learning journey in Key Stage 1.

About the Role
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Year
- Support pupils’ development across the curriculum, with a strong focus on early literacy and numeracy.
- Foster a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
- Assess and monitor progress in line with school policies and national standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the senior leadership team.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and transition from EYFS.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A reflective, organised, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
