The Role
Are you ready to be the architect of digital transformation for the world's leading life sciences companies? As a Migration Consultant within our dynamic EU Professional Services group, you will lead critical migration solutions for our clients in the Life Sciences industry. You will be instrumental in deploying Veeva Development and Quality Cloud solutions, helping pharmaceutical development companies transition to the next generation of digital excellence.
This is more than a consulting role, it's a chance to own the migration journey. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, leveraging your deep knowledge of Vault API, migration tools, and platform best practices to ensure a seamless and successful transition. You will be a vital customer advocate, partnering across internal teams (Product, Sales, Strategy) to shape future solutions and drive continuous success.
This is a remote position within the EU/UK. We encourage qualified, EU/UK-based candidates to apply. Ability to travel up to 20% is required for client engagement (proximity to an airport is helpful).
Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position.

- Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and proven methodologies
- Drive innovation in migration tooling and process design, providing direction on ETL tool enhancements and implementation strategy
- Support delivery excellence by assisting in project scoping and estimating for the Vault R&D product suite to ensure accurate planning and smooth execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in large-scale document/content migration (ECM systems like Documentum, OpenText, SharePoint, etc.) OR 5+ years of enterprise database migration (ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
- 3+ years of success in a customer-facing technical consulting role , clearly demonstrating a 'work ethic' and commitment to client outcomes
- Proven ability to advise and communicate technical strategy to all levels, from technical teams to senior management and executives
- Hands-on experience leading and mentoring team members, fostering a 'team first' environment
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data manipulation and integration
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and project needs
