Your responsibilities as a Senior Funds Tax Manager
You’ll take a leading role in delivering UK tax reporting and advisory services, managing complex client engagements while supporting the continued growth and development of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
● Oversee the delivery of UK tax reporting across a diverse client portfolio
● Lead complex tax consulting and advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercially focused solutions
● Identify and develop new business opportunities across tax and wider service areas
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
● Coach, mentor and develop junior tax professionals
● Support wider team strategy, operations and people development
● Manage workloads and assignments to ensure consistently high-quality client delivery
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced tax professional with strong technical expertise and a commercially focused approach. You’ll bring:
● ACA, legal or recognised tax qualification, or equivalent specialist tax knowledge and experience
● Strong technical tax knowledge and the ability to advise on complex matters
● Knowledge and experience of partnership taxation
● Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
● Experience coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members
● Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
● Experience managing project budgets and commercial performance
● A pragmatic and creative approach to problem-solving and client challenges
