About the KS2 Teacher role
This Independent School in Richmond offers small classes, strong subject leadership and a flexible curriculum. The KS2 Teacher will plan ambitious sequences across the upper primary years, lead assessment cycles and run targeted interventions. The KS2 Teacher will be supported through a bespoke CPD programme available from the January 2026 start and will be included in collaborative planning prior to the January 2026 start.
Curriculum innovation and leadership opportunities for the KS2 Teacher:
The KS2 Teacher will have the chance to lead a curriculum strand, implement enrichment programmes and contribute to the school's development plan. From the January 2026 start the KS2 Teacher will take part in moderation and assessment workshops, receive mentoring, and be encouraged to trial research-informed approaches in the classroom. The KS2 Teacher will work with subject leads to develop schemes of learning that build coherence between year groups after January 2026.
