Presentations & Production Lead
44193
We are working with a highly regarded global asset management firm to appoint a Presentation & Production Lead within its international product marketing function. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing 3 direct reports in the UK and US, as well as overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality presentations and fund factsheets across multiple regions.
Operating in a player-coach capacity, this individual will both lead and execute. The role requires hands-on ownership of complex, data-intensive materials while managing workflows, stakeholder expectations, and continuous process improvement initiatives across EMEA, the US, and Asia. This position would suit a senior marketing operations or product marketing professional with deep experience in asset management and strong technical fluency in investment reporting.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for global investment and sales teams on presentation and factsheet deliverables
- Translating stakeholder requirements into structured, actionable production plans
- Managing intake, prioritisation, and tracking of high-volume requests across regions
- Overseeing — and when required directly producing or editing — fund presentations, pitchbooks, and periodic factsheets across multiple vehicle types
- Validating performance, attribution, and benchmark data in partnership with data and product teams
- Ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, on-brand, and delivered within agreed timelines
- Communicating trade-offs clearly where competing priorities or data constraints arise
- Identifying data discrepancies or production risks and driving timely resolution
- Partnering with marketing operations to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
- Supporting automation and platform optimisation initiatives (e.g., Seismic or similar systems)
- Collaborating across time zones to ensure global consistency of materials
- Mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a disciplined, delivery-focused team culture
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, collateral production, or product marketing within asset management
- Strong understanding of investment performance data, attribution, and benchmark reporting
- Proven ability to manage complex deliverables under tight and shifting deadlines
- Experience balancing hands-on execution with stakeholder leadership
- Familiarity with wholesale and institutional investment markets
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Seismic or comparable content platforms
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior investment and sales stakeholders
- A structured, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
