Chef - Monday to Friday | Empress State Building Café, London
Contract: Full-Time | Hours: 37.5 per week | Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Chef at ESB Café, you’ll be creating high-quality, nutritious meals in a Defence environment, delivering food that makes a real impact on our clients and customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving fresh, great-tasting meals
- Taking on feedback and helping us continually improve our food offering
- Managing stock levels and kitchen inventories
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are upheld
- Overseeing daily kitchen cleanliness and routines
- Positively representing ESB Café and the Defence sector
Our ideal Chef will:
- Be passionate about cooking and delivering exceptional food
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally in contract catering or high-volume service
- Be confident supervising others and working as part of a team
- Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Be reliable, organised, and happy to work Monday to Friday only
- Monday to Friday schedule - no evenings or weekends
