Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the heart of London. They strive on delivering innovative, high-performance building services solutions across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their collaborative and ambitious team.


What you'll do
* Lead the mechanical design of projects from concept to completion.
* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects and contractors.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of technical standards.
* Produce detailed designs, specifications, and technical reports.
* Ensure project delivery aligns with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.


What they are looking for
* A solid background in mechanical building services design within a consultancy environment.
* Proven experience in delivering technically complex projects.
* Comfortable taking a lead role on projects and engaging with clients.
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards.
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or similar).
