Head Registered Veterinary Nurse - West London
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for the next step in your career? Join a fantastic West London practice as their new Head RVN and lead a dedicated clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care!
📍 Location: West London
⏳ Schedule: 4 days a week + 1 in 3 weekends
💷 Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Your Role:
- 🔹 Oversee the day-to-day clinical team operations , ensuring the highest standards of patient care
- 🔹 Support and mentor the growing nurse and VCA team , helping them develop their skills
- 🔹 Assist with clinical work where needed, leading by example
- 🔹 Use managerial skills to optimise workflow and ensure smooth practice operations
