Office Coordinator
In this role you will:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for internal teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential documentation in line with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and regulatory obligations within the financial services sector.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support office needs and maintain supplies.
- Assist with internal communications and support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Monitor and implement health, safety, and security procedures across the office.
