Pastoral Team:
The attendance team plays a crucial role in promoting positive attendance and punctuality across the school. The Attendance Officer will monitor attendance data, liaise with families and support students to overcome barriers to regular attendance.
Requirements
• Experience in attendance, pastoral or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse attendance data
• Confident use of school information systems
• Professional and empathetic approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
