About the Role

  • Liaising with exam boards and ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines

  • Coordinating the running of mock exams and internal assessments

  • Managing exam-day logistics including rooming, seating plans, timetables and candidate information

  • Recruiting, training and deploying invigilators and ensuring exam sessions run smoothly

  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating key information to staff, students and parents

  • Supporting post-results processes such as reviews of marking, access to scripts and appeals

This role requires excellent organisation, strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple deadlines calmly and accurately.

The Team

You will work closely with senior leaders, SEND staff, heads of year and the wider admin team to ensure exams processes run smoothly and students feel well supported.

  • High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive data
