Family Panel Solicitor
- Manage a varied caseload of public and private family law matters.
- Conduct and supervise care proceedings and private children matters.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to junior solicitors and caseworkers.
- Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and quality standards.
- Play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Family department.
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in Family Law.
- Current Family Panel accreditation is essential.
- Previous supervisory experience within a Family Law team.
- Extensive experience handling both Legal Aid and privately funded matters.
- Strong expertise in care proceedings, child arrangements disputes, divorce, and financial remedy work.
- Excellent knowledge of Legal Aid Agency compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills.
- Senior supervisory role with genuine influence and autonomy.
- Work from anywhere in England and Wales, with only weekly office attendance required.
