  • Support project planning by aligning creative ambition with schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Act as an ambassador for Novaverse in client-facing and industry contexts.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate artists, setting clear creative standards and expectations.
  • Manage artist output and workflows, continuously raising the bar on quality and realism.
  • Identify development opportunities and support skills growth across the team.

  • Work cross-functionally with technical and production teams to drive creative innovation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ professional experience in architectural visualisation, CG, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience leading creative direction for films, imagery, and interactive content.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
  • Outstanding post-production expertise, with advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with camera matching and tracking for still and moving imagery.
  • Broad understanding of architectural visualisation software, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Proven experience mentoring artists and leading creative teams.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • A strong artistic eye for composition, lighting, and photography, paired with technical confidence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge, high-visibility projects in architectural visualization and interactive systems.
  • A collaborative, creative studio environment with room for innovation and growth.
  • The opportunity to influence project direction and improve overall pipeline efficiency.
