Senior Performance Marketing Associate

Bridebook
London

Who is Bridebook anyway?

Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale-up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK’s number one wedding planning app and the ONLY global provider! Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere.

With over 90% of the world’s 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern-day needs of both couples and businesses.

So here’s Bridebook, set to disrupt the wedding industry

Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress-free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – couples can access it all at their fingertips. After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!

Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as being rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.

What will I be doing? ‍‍

This role exists to drive efficient, scalable user growth across Bridebook’s web and app products through high-impact performance marketing. You’ll own paid media execution across English-speaking markets, using data, experimentation and commercial judgement to maximise ROI and support business growth.

Our model means that our performance marketers get the ownership of whole markets with the ability to keep building specialities in certain areas. As a result, you will also be the channel specialist for Paid Search, supporting other markets in their paid search efforts, while you in turn will be supported by the channel specialist for Paid Social in your areas here.

Specific responsibilities will include:

You lead performance marketing execution across web and app for our English speaking markets

→ You plan, launch, and optimise B2C performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms

→ You ensure channel strategy, targeting and campaign execution align with business objectives across English-speaking markets

→ You manage campaign delivery end-to-end, balancing acquisition volume, efficiency and quality of traffic

→ You act as the channel specialist for Paid Search, staying at the forefront of this area of the business and supporting colleagues responsible for other markets with their Paid Search efforts.

You manage paid media budgets and forecasting with rigour

→ You own multi-market paid media budgets, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across channels, markets and campaigns

→ You build accurate forecasts and monitor performance closely to identify risks, opportunities and required budget shifts

→ You maintain strong cost control and make data-led decisions to maximise return on investment

You continuously optimise campaign performance and conversion journeys

→ You manage and optimise large Paid Search accounts, improving structure, bidding, keyword strategy and creative performance

→ You test and refine ad creatives, landing pages and supporting content to improve conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency

→ You identify opportunities to improve performance through experimentation, audience insights and channel-specific best practices

You turn data into clear insight and action

→ You produce regular reporting on campaign and channel performance, highlighting trends, results and opportunities for improvement

→ You conduct in-depth analysis to understand drivers of performance across markets, platforms and customer journeys

→ You translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform future investment and strategy

You influence stakeholders through performance marketing expertise

→ You communicate results, learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear written updates and presentations

→ You partner with Creative, Product, Content and Data teams to improve campaign effectiveness and landing page performance

→ You contribute paid media insight to broader B2C marketing planning and growth discussions

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially minded and motivated by measurable growth

  • Analytical and confident working with performance data to make decisions

  • Proactive and highly organised, managing multiple campaigns and markets effectively

  • Curious and experimental, always looking for new ways to improve performance

  • Clear and credible communicator who can influence stakeholders with insight

  • Interested in technology trends - i.e., proactive in exploring AI technologies and what they mean for Performance Marketing

  • Experience with Paid Search at a deep level (e.g., you have worked with more advanced Google campaigns, such as enhanced conversions, PMax, RLSAs, etc.)

What if you’re a partial fit?

We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the wedding industry and welcome candidates with different backgrounds and experiences! We prioritise grit, positivity, and the willingness to get stuck in, and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t exactly match this job description.

Benefits

  • 25 days of annual leave, with an extra day every year after three years (up to 30 days)

  • Hybrid Working, we’d love to see you in twice a week, but you are free to come in more often if you’d like

Our Values

One Team: Together we are better.
Keep Accelerating: We work smart.
Create Joy: We celebrate going above and beyond.

Equal employment opportunity

Research shows that women, neurodiverse individuals, and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Bridebook we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

So what’s next?

You’ll hear from our team within 2 weeks regarding your application. We believe in efficient and meaningful conversations, so you’ll be happy to hear there isn’t a whopping 7 stage process!

That’s all for now — see you on the dancefloor!
