This happy nursery in Kingston is currently looking for an Early Years Educator to join the dedicated nursery staff team, could you be the right fit?
This is a lovely nursery has built a nurturing atmosphere for children and staff, and is a supportive environment for professional development. With a family-feel and a friendly team of staff, you'll be supported by a management team who really care about every member of staff. As an Early Years Educator, you will work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication skills are key.
Relevant qualification (L2 or above) in Early Years or Childcare is essential and previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is important for this Early Years Educator position .
As an Early Years Educator, some of your duties will include:
- Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
- Using the EYFS curriculum to assist and support children with early reading and literacy and early maths skills development
- Forming a stimulating and positive learning environment where every child can thrive
- Planning and encouraging play-based activities and learning
- Helping children to develop positive relationships and form/build on their social skills
- Carrying out observations and tracking key children's progress and development
This is a permanent Early Years Educator role to work full-time. Salary would be from £24k-£28k per annum. Located in Kingston, there are plenty of transport links and staff parking.
