Professional Flooring UK LTD is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Floor Layer to join their team and begin a career within the flooring industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade while earning and gaining practical experience on live projects. Working alongside experienced flooring professionals, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to install a range of flooring products across residential, commercial and construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of floors and work areas
Learning how to measure, cut and fit different flooring materials
Supporting experienced floor layers on site
Handling and transporting materials safely
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Developing an understanding of flooring products, tools and techniques

Ability to work well as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Commitment to developing new skills through apprenticeship training
Training & Progression
You will work towards a recognised flooring apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable on-site experience. Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role and further career progression within the flooring sector.
