About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is currently seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our client’s production team in London, UK. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production requirements
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely at all times
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts (if required)
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
