A well-established secondary school in Ealing is seeking a Finance Officer to join its experienced and well-structured finance team from January 2026.
The Role
The Finance Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the school. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budget lines, liaising with suppliers and supporting the Finance Manager with monthly reconciliations and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently within established financial systems.
The School
This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,350 pupils and operates within a highly organised administrative framework. The finance team works closely with senior leadership to ensure financial compliance, transparency and effective resource allocation across departments.
