Executive Assistant
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support general office administration tasks as required.
