Your Mission
Be part of the Big Mamma Bar team, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day
Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused
About You
Passionate about Italian food and cocktails
Energetic, proactive, and a team player
Excellent customer service skills
Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment and knowledge of classic cocktails
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Permanent, full-time role
17.71£ x hour ( inclusive of tronc )
5-day working week with 2 days off
