• Site Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the premises

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Site Manager to join a popular and high-achieving secondary school in Merton with an ASAP start. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the site is safe, secure, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

The successful Site Manager will oversee routine maintenance, health & safety compliance, contractor supervision, site security, and planned works. You will manage site staff where applicable and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the school.

This role would suit an experienced Site Manager or Facilities professional who is confident managing a large, active secondary site and maintaining high operational standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience managing contractors and coordinating maintenance schedules
• Practical, organised, and confident in a leadership capacity
