The role
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Hospitality Chef to lead and grow our hospitality offering. You’ll design and deliver bespoke, innovative menus tailored to our partners' events, oversee production, and ensure every guest experience reflects our brand quality and style. This role offers ownership of a developing hospitality section and close collaboration with a small, talented team.
Key responsibilities

Create, cost and deliver innovative menus across events, working lunches and corporate buffets.

Lead kitchen operations for multiple, simultaneous events — ensuring consistent quality and timing.

Maintain high production standards and presentation for all hospitality occasions.

Manage food cost, stock control and inventory.

Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and relevant legislative requirements.

Promote collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Gather and act on client feedback to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Highly self-motivated, confident and able to work on your own initiative.

Strong organisational, creative and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and can prioritise multiple events.

Passionate about delivering excellent culinary experiences and elevating hospitality offers.
Experience & qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar-sized operations or events-led culinary role.

Catering qualifications (C&G 706 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Proven track record (portfolio/awards preferred) demonstrating high industry standards.

Sound financial acumen and experience in menu costing and stock control.
