About the Role: Our client's long-standing 4-chair dental practice, known for its excellent reputation, provides a wide range of dental services to a diverse clientele, from young children to older adults. With fewer dental practitioners in the area compared to major cities, you'll likely experience less competition for patients, offering the opportunity to build a loyal patient base and establish strong, long-term relationships with your clients.   • Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups.
  • Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene.
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
  • Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
  • Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
  • Maintaining patient records.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
  • Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client.)
  • Hold unrestricted APHRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
  • Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
  • Experienced dentists or new graduates.
  • Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
