ServiceNow Product Manager (IT)
ServiceNow Product Manager 6 Month contract initially Based: 2 days Onsite in London/Coventry P/W Rate: £500 - £550 p/d - (via Umbrella company) We have a great opportunity with a world leading organisation where you will be provided with all of the support and development to succeed. A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a ServiceNow Product Manager to join the team. As a Product Manager for ServiceNow, you will be responsible for driving the strategic delivery and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. Supporting the Product Owner, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, InfoSec, and Service Support teams to ensure seamless integration, stakeholder alignment, and value realization from platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Platform Governance
- Define and maintain governance frameworks for ServiceNow, including CSDM implementation and RACI matrices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Lead integration initiatives such as SAP GRC Access Control with ServiceNow under the CCT Programme as well as Cloud Discovery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable and secure platform integrations.
- Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and service support teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stand-ups including the ServiceNow Leadership Stand-Up.
- Contribute to AI productivity tooling showcases.
- Represent the Tech Tooling team in quarterly showcases and innovation forums.
- Monitor and improve ITSM & ServiceNow tooling performance.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for platform enhancements and stakeholder communications.
- Proven experience in product management within enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and governance models.
- Experience with integration delivery particularly ITSM tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tooling is a plus.
