Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Listing Optimisation – Create, update, and optimise product listings with accurate content, keywords, and enhanced brand assets (A+ content, brand stores, images, and video).
•Product Launches – Support the end-to-end launch process, from content upload and imagery to availability checks and marketing activation.
•Account Management – Partner with internal teams and external contacts (Amazon account managers, agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth trading and issue resolution.
•Process & Compliance – Ensure all product information, imagery, and claims meet Amazon’s compliance requirements, staying up to date with policy changes.
Here’s what we are looking for:
•1–2 years’ experience in account management, sales support, or eCommerce trading (Amazon experience strongly preferred).
•A proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
•Detail-oriented and comfortable working with product information, content, and data.
•Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong Excel skills and confidence with reporting tools; knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central is a distinct advantage.
•Interest in digital marketing and marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC desirable).
