A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Company Secretariat team of a leading FTSE-listed organisation. This high-profile role will support the Board of Directors, including the Chair and Non-Executive Directors, and the EA play a pivotal part in the smooth running of Board and committee operations.
As the Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of all administrative, planning, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for UK and international Board and committee meetings. The Executive Assistant will manage the annual calendar of events, liaising with senior stakeholders globally to coordinate availability, confirm attendance, and ensure seamless execution of meetings across multiple time zones and locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on logistics for Board and committee meetings, including venue arrangements, travel, accommodation, and presentation materials.
- Providing tailored support to the Chair and Non-Executive Directors, including investor meeting coordination and high-level diary management.
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted point of contact within the Executive Office.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to work independently.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change, with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
