Commercial Paralegal (Maternity Cover 12m FTC)
- Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, data transfer agreements, and commercial contracts
- Manage and assist with legal claims, liaising with insurers and external counsel
- Conduct legal research and respond to day-to-day legal queries
- Support on compliance, contract law, IP, data protection, employment law, and more
- Represent the Legal Team in cross-functional projects and meetings
- Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and templates
- Assist with the implementation and training for a new contract management system
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Support legal operations including document execution and approval workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
