Key Account Manager - Game/Gift Industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and sales metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
