Interim Fire Safety Surveyor
- Conduct fire safety surveys across various properties within the public sector.
- Carry out type 3 FRA's
- Advise on compliance with fire safety regulations and implement necessary measures.
- Prepare detailed fire safety reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with property managers to address fire safety concerns.
- Oversee fire risk assessments and ensure they are up to date.
- Provide technical guidance on fire safety systems and equipment.
- Ensure all fire safety documentation is maintained and accessible.
- Support the organisation in meeting statutory fire safety requirements.
