School Receptionist - Westminster Outstanding Secondary

The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Office Manager, you will handle the vital front-of-house operations that allow the school’s daily schedule to run with seamless efficiency.
Visitor Management: Coordinating the digital sign-in system and ensuring 100% compliance with "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE) protocols for all guests and contractors.
Communication Hub: Managing a high-volume multi-line switchboard and filtering high-priority enquiries for the Senior Leadership Team with a professional and scholarly tone.
Admissions Support: Assisting the Admissions Registrar with the preparation of prospectus packs and coordinating parent tours for the 2026 intake.
Student Welfare: Managing the reception-based "First Aid" station, providing a calm and supportive presence for students throughout the school day.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a school office or high-end corporate reception is essential.
Systems: Proficiency in school MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) is highly desirable.
Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK is mandatory.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £32,500 – £36,500 (Inner London Scale)
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 | Full-time | Permanent Start: ASAP
