The Role

We are looking for a B2B Product Manager focused on our SaaS platform for financial advice firms. This role will partner with our sales, design, data, and development teams to shape and execute how we deliver exceptional value and growth for our business customers across the UK and US.

This role is pivotal to Unbiased delivering our growth ambitions on the B2B side of our marketplace. You will work across multiple teams, including senior leadership, to support creation of a vision, product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for our B2B SaaS offering. You will be data-informed, commercially focused, and have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models and KPIs. A background in payments technology is a significant plus.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B Growth:

  • Support definition and execution of the product strategy for our SaaS platform for financial and mortgage advisers.

  • Define and drive the product vision for your focus area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals, user needs, and market opportunities.

  • Identify and build new features and capabilities that deliver value to our business customers.

  • Optimize customer onboarding, engagement, and retention flows.

  • Explore and integrate new technologies, including AI, to enhance the platform's value proposition.

  • Deliver World-Class B2B Product Experiences:

  • Deeply understand the needs and pain points of financial and mortgage advice firms.

  • Translate customer problems into scalable and effective product solutions.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.

  • Strengthen our B2B Data & Analytics Capabilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business customers, their usage patterns, and success metrics.

  • Work with the data team to define and track key B2B product and business KPIs.

  • Leverage data to drive product decisions and identify new monetization opportunities.

  • Achieve Commercial Outcomes:

  • Contribute directly to the B2B revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability goals.

  • Own and manage your focus area’s product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers a strong ROI.

  • Work with sales and marketing to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with a mandatory focus on B2B SaaS products.

  • Demonstrable experience in defining, launching, and scaling successful B2B software products.

  • Deep understanding of B2B business models, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience in payments technology or FinTech is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to work with enterprise customers, from discovery and requirements gathering to feedback and iteration.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against business KPIs such as ARR, churn, and customer lifetime value.

  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using product analytics tools to inform product strategy.

  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to new technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to solve B2B challenges.

Success in 12 months will look like:

  • You have taken ownership of your focus area of the B2B product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and delivering key features that drive customer value and adoption.

  • You have launched new platform capabilities that demonstrably improve the workflow and success of our customers.

  • Working with sales and marketing, you have contributed to a measurable increase in B2B customer acquisition and retention.

  • You have established a robust framework for gathering and analysing customer feedback and data, using these insights to inform the product strategy.

  • The overall impact you have delivered will be measurable in terms of B2B revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and platform engagement.
