Premises Officer - Prestigious Private School - Bromley

Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across the school site
Supporting health and safety compliance, including regular site inspections
Monitoring security systems and ensuring premises are secure
Assisting with the setup and preparation of school events
Liaising with contractors for specialist work and maintaining site equipment
Maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in premises management, facilities, or a similar role
Strong practical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Good communication skills and a professional approach when liaising with staff, students, and visitors
