We provide Relationship Managers with a multi award winning digital Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, offering 360-degree access to their client. We are a global leader in end-to-end CLM, Wealth Dynamix has offices and clients in three continents with headquarters in the UK. What is the role? As a Product Owner at Wealth Dynamix, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team, gathering and managing business requirements from clients while enhancing our product offerings. You will be a primary point of contact within the product team, ensuring client needs are met and their expectations exceeded, all while facilitating effective communication between our various teams in the business. The product owner will be responsible for assisting with bringing our company's vision and strategy to life. Product owner Responsibilities Client Engagement: Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, managing all aspects of the project and relationship to ensure client satisfaction. Act as the communicator and facilitator between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Requirements Management: Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects. Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the CLMi product that is our Saas platform. Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs and expectations. Quality Assurance: Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables. Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support as required. Support and Liaison: Provide expert product knowledge and advice to support existing customers. Collaborate with delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes. CLMi Mobile App Work with the CLMi product management to define the vision and scope for the mobile app Work with the lead UX and developers to produce designs, iterate on those designs and produce estimates Build and own the roadmap for specific modules and features, ensuing they are delivered in the target release Engage with client success team to gather requirements, validate designs and the value they add to the implementation Work with onshore and offshore development teams to develop the product Help improve the way we work with offshore developers by producing reports and feedback on the development being done offshore Why should you apply? Communication Skills: Excellent document writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements. Agile Methodology: Proven experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodology for developing complex software solutions. Business Analysis Experience: 3+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors. Strategic analysis and planning experience, with a focus on business case formulation and benefits realization. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable. Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
