Key Responsibilities

- Guaranteed Overtime: Option to work additional hours at £30 per hour, with potential earnings of up to £5,000 more per year.

- Wellbeing Support: 24/7 confidential support service available for you and your household.
- Exclusive Discounts: Access to our discount portal with deals across top retailers and a Colleague Share Scheme after probation.
What We’re Looking For
- People Skills: You understand the importance of customer interaction and represent the organization with pride.
- Adaptability: You enjoy a variety of tasks, from servicing to diagnostics and repairs.
- Problem-Solving: You can think on your feet and make the right decisions for each customer.
Requirements

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
