Senior Resourcer 180° Recruiter
This position is for a senior resource and 180° recruiter to work for a private equity company based in London.
This is a rare and unique opportunity to work for a leading equity business working alongside a senior recruiter helping them source high-end candidates, this is a varied interesting role
Your duties will include sourcing and identifying high-end candidates, as an equity firm you will have a portfolio of specialist businesses which is where the candidates will be placed
Typically, the candidates you help to place will be high-end in prominent positions and will be involved within Education, Medical, or life sciences.
The roles you resource for could be CEO of a medical device manufacturing company, Director for a group of private school clusters, Marketing managers, chief financial officers, and many others. These will all be with businesses acquired by the equity company.
You will work very closely with the Lead Senior Recruiter as their right-hand person, you must be a very polished, articulate, down-to-earth individual that is incredibly organised and use to confidently speaking and dealing with people at board level.
Along with sourcing potential candidates, you will sit in on meetings and interviews with the lead senior consultant, help “candidate map” potential target companies and candidates, produce reports and excel spreadsheets, analyse and interpret data, do unofficial reference checking on potential candidates
There is great flexibility with your working hours, and you have the option of working 2 – 3 days from home with time also spent at their London office.
All clients are within the business’s portfolio, there is no sales or cold calling to potential new clients.
This is a company with around 70 employees across several locations and with planes to open new offices in other parts of Europe.
The salary is exceptional from £35,000 – £50,000 basic + commission. Due to the company set up and structure there are great opportunities for earnings and career development, promotions can be swift and based purely on performance, you also have a great degree of autonomy on how you work.
Throughout the COVID period, all staff members have been looked after and treated well
