Exciting Opportunity: Ride Leader at Wimbledon Village Stables

We are looking for a passionate and professional Instructor/Ride Leader to join our team at Wimbledon Village Stables!

This is a unique and rewarding role for a confident rider who can demonstrate excellent judgment, common sense, and a strong sense of responsibility. We need someone enthusiastic about their work, with a genuine love for horses, and who enjoys meeting and chatting with people from all walks of life.

At Wimbledon Village Stables, we run a Membership Scheme for experienced adult riders who ride weekly. Our members are friendly, dedicated, and always appreciate a cheerful and welcoming face.

The ideal candidate will have:

High standards of stable management. A real passion for working in the equestrian industry. Experience in instructing The confidence and enthusiasm to lead regular hacks across some of England's most beautiful riding country, including Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. A strong sense of commitment — we’re looking for someone who can reliably work on weekends (and potentially additional days). We’re proud of our 23 incredible horses, our welcoming and supportive team, and the great relationships we’ve built with our members. Alongside fantastic working conditions, we also host plenty of social events, which our team members are always welcome to join!
