to work as part of the frontline student support services in Haringey Learns. To engage in all aspects of data input, front of house and reception work. to support all aspects of administration from initial meeting, enrolment through to destination, helping to monitor attendance, punctuality and liaise with leadership team. to report data issues when required to relevant leader, to input data onto the management information system. to provide administrative support to tutors, senior tutors, and the leadership team. review absence and submit onto learner track, to use the student database to submit prior learning records for exam purposes. assist the enrolment process, registration and data input during this process ( this is not an exhaustive list and may require other student services related work)

Qualifications
1. Relevant Qualification or equivalent in business administration

4. Evidence of additional, relevant academic qualifications related to administration/customer service
5. First Aid Trained (Training will be provided where required)
6. Evidence of additional, relevant academic qualifications related to digital skills software such as Excel, Word
Job Title: Reablement Assessment Officer

Candidate required to start asap.
37 hrs p/w on a rota basis.
Role will involve some homeworking/working in the community and in the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Specific Requirements
· The Reablement and bridging Assessment Officer is responsible for assessing the needs of individuals in their own home, working with them to produce a reablement plan. They will utilise a strength-based approach to ensure the service can meet the individuals needs and their reablement goals. They will determine their wider holistic outcomes and make appropriate referrals to support with these, enabling the person to live independently in their own home. They will identify when other professional input is required e.g., Health, Social Worker or Third sector agencies etc.
· To maximise independence and achieve Service User defined outcomes/goals within defined time periods, reviewing reablement progress in a timely manner, closing cases at the appropriate time and completing onward referrals to appropriate services if required. The Reablement and bridging Assessment Officer will need to be a highly effective communicator, intuitive and responsive to changes, informing service users and support staff of changes as they occur, ensuring a smooth delivery of service.
· The Reablement and Bridging Assessment Officer will be responsible for completing domiciliary care medication assessments and reviews as required.
Education & Training
Educated to NVQ/HSC (or equivalent) Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent professional qualification.
Willing to work towards Trusted Assessor level 3 qualification or equivalent Occupational Therapist qualification
Able to register with Social Care Wales
Experience / Knowledge
Experience of working proactively with clients with physical disabilities and/or older people, preferably in a caring and/or rehabilitation environment.
An understanding of the physical and emotional needs in relation to clients’ medical conditions.
Experience of equipment and adaptations
Knowledge and skills of manual handling equipment and techniques.
Skills and Abilities
Assessment skills complying with policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
To be able to demonstrate a person-centred, strength-based, outcomes-focussed approach.
An ability to communicate effectively in writing or verbally, with colleagues, clients, carers, outside agencies etc.
Ability to organise workload, set priorities, demonstrating good organisational skills in order to effectively manage time and work independently.
Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to cope proactively with change.
