Teacher of Physics role in Enfield (Independent School)
We are excited to be working with a highly regarded Independent school in Enfield to recruit a committed Physics Teacher. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for a subject specialist to join a successful Science department. We are seeking a practitioner with a passion for their subject and the expertise to teach Physics at a high level, specifically focusing on KS5/A Level performance.

Responsibilities
Teach inspiring Physics lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 as a passionate specialist
Support students in achieving excellence through rigorous theoretical and practical work
Implement strategies to help students reach their highest potential in A Level Physics
Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to maintain high standards
Contribute to a strong culture of professional development and academic enquiry
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Physics or a related Science discipline
PGCE or QTS
Extensive experience teaching Physics up to KS5 is essential
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
