School Receptionist - Barnet | "Outstanding" Secondary
We are working with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" secondary school in Barnet recruiting for a School Receptionist. This is a busy, high-energy role in one of the highest-performing schools in the borough.
The Role You will manage the main school reception, dealing with a high volume of queries from students and parents while ensuring the school remains secure and organized. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a high-volume switchboard and directing enquiries to the relevant faculties
Processing student data and maintaining accurate records on SIMS
Assisting with the coordination of the Year 7 admissions process
Managing deliveries, post, and internal distribution across a large campus
Providing first aid support to students (training provided)

Previous experience in a secondary school office is highly desirable
