Legal Counsel (Technology) - FTSE 250 (London)
As part of a team of four lawyers reporting to the General Counsel you will advise to the Technology and IT side of the business globally, in order to mitigate business risks and enable the business to expand its client base in a fast-paced environment.
This will include:- Being responsible for day-to-day advice on IT, Tech and IP legal issues, negotiation of IT and Tech licences, consultancy agreements and general commercial contracts.
- Assisting in the legal elements of developing new applications and advising on regulatory elements of the same including GDPR.
- Instruct and manage the legal relationships with outside Counsel and internal stakeholders.
